The NewPhysio Glutaeus is primarily used for the prevention of sciatica or to reduce existing complaints. The front leg is positioned on the fixed pad and the knee is ideally at 90° in order to optimally address the piriformis. The hip should be under the fixed pad and therefore below the knee.
